How does Pyngo work?

Pyngo combines ticket alerts with real fan communities so you do not miss face-value tickets. After you sign up and download the app, you can track the event you want to attend. Fans and our system work together to spot ticket drops and you get instant notifications. You then go and buy tickets directly from the website the tickets are being sold on, not on Pyngo. We do not sell tickets; we just provide information so you can go and buy from official sources.

Do I buy tickets from Pyngo?

No. We do not sell tickets. You sign up for Pyngo to maximise your chances of getting tickets from official sources. Our service and our community power our notifications so you get an alert when tickets show up, but at the end of the day you buy the tickets from the official sources, not from us. We simply exist to help real fans increase their chances of getting face-value tickets.

Can I get tickets if the show is sold out?

Yes. "Sold out" is a marketing term. Tickets always tend to show up, especially for big events. We saw situations when even a few minutes before the main act played on stage, tickets showed up. So it is never too late. If you are trying a month before a show or a few days before, you still have chances, and we are here to make sure you maximise them.

You sign up, download the app, set up an alert for the event you want to attend, and when tickets show up you get a push notification. In the meantime you can access the Discord community and the chats specific for the events you are tracking so you can talk to other fans and share and get tips.

Do I need to use Discord?

You do not have to. You can use the mobile app only to set up alerts and receive notifications, and in case you do not want to join the chat with the fans and our Pyngo community, you can skip Discord, but we recommend that you do. A big part of the value that Pyngo brings is the community and the tips people share. Discord is realistically like WhatsApp, so while there might be a small learning curve, it is fundamentally a messaging app, so we are sure you will get the hang of it.

How fast do I need to be when an alert lands?

It depends on the show, but it is a speed game as well. Pyngo is here to help you maximise your chances, but when you get an alert that tickets showed up, especially when it is for a popular event, you should try to be fast. The good news is that there are a lot of drops even for the big events, so if you missed it a few times, do not give up. If you find yourself still not being able to get what you need, reach out to our mods; they might be able to share tips or help you. Is Pyngo actually better than manually refreshing?

In short, yes. Pyngo is not the only way, and we know that people might be able to keep checking the websites themselves and find tickets. The reason you use Pyngo is for convenience and for the community tips and tricks. Plus you might not always be able to check; we all know how life gets busy, so it is worth having Pyngo in your corner. If you choose not to use us and you want to refresh, then that is fine; whatever gets real fans tickets makes us happy. We just try to do our part.

Is it worth paying for?

I think we have a lot of users that seem to think it is. We see a lot of people saying they feel better paying a monthly subscription for the peace of mind of knowing when tickets drop and the safety that they will go and buy the tickets from the official sources or resale platforms, and not from Pyngo or a third party. We are not here to sell tickets; we are here to help you get the best chances to get tickets.

How long does it take to get tickets?

It depends on the show. Obviously the bigger the event and the more people looking for tickets, the harder it is, but we saw people get tickets from hours to days, weeks, or months. There is no success recipe, but when we see people actively engaged in the community, acting fast to alerts, and arming themselves with some patience, they get success quickly. Can I cancel easily after I get what I need?

Yes. You can cancel anytime, and your subscription will stay active until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
